There is a special symposium on sustainable ceramic manufacturing at University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Department of Sciences and Methods for Engineering on the 19-21st June 2023 as part of the Materials Science and Smart Materials (MSSM) conference (flyer attached). The aim of the symposium is to explore issues surrounding the fabrication of ceramics for a sustainable future from novel next generation processes such as cold sintering and 3D printing to resource and energy efficiency in traditional ceramic production.
