30 November 2022 @ 8:00 am - 1 December 2022 @ 5:00 pm
Click here to register to attend
This two-day conference, hosted by C-DICE, CO2RE, CREDS, ERA, EnergyREV, IDRIC, TFI Network+, UKCCSRC and UKERC, will bring together early career researchers (ECRs) from across the net zero community. It will include a mix of keynote speakers, parallel sessions (skills based and topic based) and a networking dinner.
The conference aims to provide an opportunity for key research organisations and ECRs to meet and network with peers from different research communities within the wider net zero research community, and build a collaborative community.
Taking place at the Etihad Stadium in Manchester, there is also an option to attend virtually. The event will not be fully hybrid, however, and only sessions taking place in the main room will be streamed.
Registration details will be shared with the host organisations for the purpose of organising this conference. Details will be deleted within six months of the event.
Catering will be 50/50 vegetarian/vegan.
ECR Definition:
- PhD students studying a net zero related topic
- PDRA who has not been a PI on a grant >£100k (including researchers on precarious (fixed term or project funded) contracts)
- Please contact the organising team (info@ukccsrc.ac.uk) if you consider yourself an ECR but do not fit into the criteria outlined above
