TFIN+ Final Christmas Conference
We would like to thank all the members of our network and attendees who made our Final Christmas Conference successful. In these four years we have managed to exceed our targets and create a community of practitioners who enthusiastically engaged with Foundation Industries, and provided expertise to develop solutions for common challenges. We particularly welcomed the participation of a younger generation of researchers who are critical to the long term health of these industries.
We are very grateful to EPSRC and Innovate UK for providing the funding, guidance and support to underpin such a vital sector of the UK economy. We hope the activities of the TFIN+ and the priorities of the Foundation Industries and the wider manufacturing sector will continue to be addressed via future funding opportunities.
